Natalie Bradley, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Sometimes, life just feels really hard. Anxiety and stress can make you feel out of control, hopeless, and stuck. But there is a way out. So much exciting and hopeful research has emerged around mental health, and I believe that with it, people can experience genuine, positive changes to better enjoy their life. My job is to use that knowledge to help you get there.
My primary focus in therapy is treating anxiety in teens and adults. With teens, I empathize with the immense pressures and expectations imposed upon them. Society often treats teens as children, while simultaneously expecting them to shoulder adult responsibilities. Coupled with social media, this creates a challenging landscape for today's youth. As a therapist specializing in teen anxiety, my clients can expect to be deeply listened to and assisted in uncovering their inherent resilience and goodness.
With adults navigating anxiety - especially concerning perinatal mental health issues related to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting - I understand the emotional rollercoaster that accompanies these challenges. Trying to start a family often leaves people feeling inadequate, overwhelmed, and alone. You do not need to bear these heavy burdens by yourself.
