I believe deeply in the innate wisdom of the human body and its capacity for survival. My practice is guided by an understanding of the interplay between the nervous system and the mind - particularly in response to trauma. I am committed to empowering individuals to harness the power of neuroplasticity - facilitating their journey toward healing and harmony.
My approach is grounded in fostering hope and resilience, offering education on the body’s mechanisms for self-protection in stressful or traumatic situations. Through tangible techniques aimed at cultivating a sense of security, I accompany my clients as they navigate the complexities of their minds and bodies - reminding them they are not alone on their path toward self-discovery, resilience, and empowerment.
Passionate about integrating breathwork and movement into traditional psychotherapy, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of these practices. My journey into this holistic approach was sparked during the challenges of the pandemic, where I discovered the profound benefits of yoga during my pregnancy. Motivated by my personal experience, I obtained certifications to share these tools with others, enriching my therapeutic toolkit.
