Life is full of challenges and they can be hard to navigate. You are not alone. You may be feeling overwhelmed, sad, frustrated, hopeless, angry or fearful. Emotions are normal and are associated with thoughts, feelings, and behavioral responses. Through the therapeutic process, we can collaborate to navigate these challenges, thoughts, and feelings.
I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming space, as we work together to achieve your goals. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy. I have worked extensively with teenagers, adults and couples that are struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and relationship issues.
I know it can be intimidating to start therapy and taking that first step is so brave. I have such a deep passion for helping others and would be honored to be a part of your healing journey.
